underground for a conveyance

to get around to your destination.

in the middle of the night or the day.

Sometimes the train can roll quickly

through the veins of the city

and other times, things can get tricky

but you can ride...

You might see a lot of advertisements,

you might hear the talk from one of the pilots,

but you will not ever hear silence.

When you get around to going places

you might see a crowd of moving faces

including some who know how to play their aces.

Four-letter scrawls are the handwriting

on the walls that you keep sighting

and they can all seem a bit enlightening.
