Raindrops Fall I look out on the gathering storm for the one who once stood by my side. She looked so good when she stood there before and I thought things were looking all right but now she's not standing there any more and something is clouding my eyes and the raindrops fall, that's all, the raindrops fall. Raindrops fall, that's all, the raindrops fall. I listen close for anything near that could sound like her voice or footsteps but there's nothing that I can hear like the gentle, sweet things she said. Just one careless sound comes to my ears, a tap tap tap that doesn't end and the raindrops fall... I reach out my hand trembling and wish for the soft touch of her hand to hold. I remember one fiery kiss and the promises that it told but all I can feel at my fingertips is the sting of something so cold and the raindrops fall... Video posted to YouTube 12/30/09
